Steep Rock Association is not your traditional campground. We offer three remote and rustic sites in our Steep Rock Preserve. There is no potable water so you must bring your own. There is an outhouse between campsites SR1 and SR2 and now one at SR3, campers must provide their own toilet paper. It is important to be bear aware and you can follow this helpful guide from DEEP.
The Emerald Ash Borer has been discovered in Connecticut; therefore, we will provide firewood at each reserved camping site. Do not bring firewood into Steep Rock Preserve.
